MacKenzie Challenge - Sections 4 & 5

Dear clan sisters, the MacKenzie clan brings you a list of characters that we first meet in sections four and five. Your duty is to use the Ottendorf Cipher to tell us who we meet.

An Ottendorf Cipher gives you the location of the letter in a particular document. For this game, we will give you the chapter number, paragraph number, word number, and letter number. For example, Stacey Hood would be:
